I created a Blood Glucose Log Sheet for Excel that has a column for all 24 hours of the day. This allows you to spot trends at the same time of day. One week fits on the sheet. There are directions on the 1st sheet that tell how to change the date automatically, etc. You can download it here.
REVISED: This is a PDF copy you can print and use to write on. blood-glucose-log.pdf

I love that you can go online and get logs for BS. I wish they were a bit more detailed though. I would like to find some that have less compact grid and more info for the chld(good practice) to be able to see exactly where to put the bs result, date, ketones results as well as date, carb count and treatments..
I have been trying to do this but I am so new to diabetes that I cant seem to get all the needed info on one log(print form),
Not that I’m impressed a lot, but this is more than I expected for when I found a link on Delicious telling that the info here is quite decent. Thanks.
This was great. The one from the doctors office didn’t have enough spaces for when my husband had to check his glucose more often than mealtimes and bedtime. Thank you!
